I purchased a couple of e-cards. I did not subscribe or authorize trial subscription money to be charged to me. Now I find that the only option I have to stop these charges is to "cancel my trial subscription".
I don't know if I actually opted for a trial subscription, but I do know that your site must have some very obtuse instructions, because this kind of thing has not "accidentally" happened to me before.

I finally did have to select the option to have my subscription cancelled, but in doing so, I have paid more than $15 for the couple of cards I sent from your site. For all of the time spent on this, I want a complete refund, including refunded charges for the cards I did purchase.
