Blue Mountain E Cards emailed me to accept renewal of a subscription. I did not want to renew, but. Blue Mountain automatically renewed my subscritption anyway, without my permission. When I tried to phone I got an auto menu run-around. What I want is a refund for the subscription they (not I) renewed. There is no email address for them and no live person to speak to when I phoned. How can I get satisfaction from this company?
