Are scam artists i wa told whn i called the number that was provided on the paper andi was told that iwill b receiving my card in 10 business days. That was in sept. 16

I wonder how do one human being do this to another. Here we ae working our butts off to support our family the right way and here comes a stranger that you have no idea who this person is sending you a piece of paper withyour name on it, how did this person just randomly send you this saying your approved!!! How can we stop these people fom getting others like they got us. If someone can help me and others in the same situation like me, to stop them from destroying our future for us and our family.
