Refused refund: Life Crisis w/86yr. Old dad STROKE then cancer & I'm caregiver. I

Aug. 13 I gve my credit card number, expiration date so they could charge my card. They said (which my bank records verify they did NOT call to charge) they weren't able to charge it so the other option was what they did anyway which was a balance transfer (which I didn't know the implications of) using the same card. The lie was that they said my charge didn't go through, when in fact they didn't even try (my bank records prove that - as told to me by a bank arbitrator). I never got a lesson or coaching. Two days later my 86 yr. Old dad falls so I care for him. Then within a week he has a stroke, goes to hospital, dr. Also found lung cancer. Now I'm in "crisis" with this new issue caring for dad. I call I.S.I. To say I can't do the program due to this new crisis & to refund my money. They refused.
