Repeated phone calls - loan

I just opened a loan with this company and realize that I have not made my first payment due to having my place broken into and money being stolen. I have promised to make good just as soon as I can get things back together as I do not wish to lose my car. I keep getting phone calls from a Steven insisting on exact commitments which I can not make. My intent is to get this resolved before it goes over 30 days past due. I offered to use my credit card to make the payment and the offer was refused. I need for this company to quit calling during my working hours as It is causing me other issues.
