Am a regular customer of this BK.
Went in at 5:30 today to be stalked by
a homeless guy that almost took my pocketbook, I just turned around in time. I got my drink, sat down and he contined to walk around most of the one hour and one half I was there. At 6:30 other customers came in and all were uncomfortable with him in there, one other customer complained to management and they did nothing. This should not happen to any customer. When I went to my car this guy followed me out but a customer also walked me to my car to ensure I was safe. The customer that walked me to my car was pissed off that management did nothing. BK there gave me a # to call but I do not have the store # to report this because I did not keep my receipt. The Management needs to be retrained, we customers had a valid complaint. Also, this BK is very popular and people like it but they stand to lose the customer database with this occurrence. I suggest the management be replaced. I suggest you bring John from Chapel Hill over and have him run the place. He trained at this store and he would not have tolerated the incident that went on today. Rating: Poor, poor, poo
