Error accountability

The policy of changing room dates because of space shuttle changes, did NOT happen. We requested that the original dates of 9/14-9/17 be changed toOct 31-Nov. 2. This was NEVER done so that when we checked for verification before packing and leaving wisconsin, we have had a major runaround and NOONE had us in their system. This, through several phone exchanges and multiple hours on the phone, all led back, time and again, to Mr. Ken Johnson of the accounts receivable department of hotelplus. NO ONE would admit to any error. Therefore, we are out $277.88
