I called I Renew and asked for an RMA number and the customer service representative was very accommodating. I told her I was returning due to the amount of shipping and handling. She was very cordial and credited a large part of the shipping. I will keep the bracelets. I was impressed with their customer service and I should have called them first before I emailed my complaint. Sorry I Renew
