Big scam operation, Fake website, Fraud, Deceiving, Liars

Miscellaneous

I have no idea how these people got my credit card number but I looked on my online account and noticed a random charge on my card from this random website. I looked up the website that I have never seen in my life and I knew I didn't purchase anything from them. I tried calling and it was a recording of some lady with an accent and then the phone went silent. I waited and a woman finally picked up and I asked her what i supposedly purchased off the website. She asked for my last four digits of my credit card number, my name, and the date of when the transaction took place. Not knowing that this was all a scam, I gave her my information. She said it was being shipped to my address and I told her to cancel the order; I guess they thought I was stupid enough to not notice the charge, but thank god I did. I called my credit card company and immediately cancelled my card. Before I called I noticed someone else reported the same exact scam from the same website! I reported them to the credit card company so hopefully they will finally get caught! It seems too easy to get peoples credit card numbers these days. So people watch out for this company! They are working outside of the United States, the website is fake, the recordings are fake, and these people are fake scam artists. Get a real job people!
