The worst carpet store around - Tradewind Carpet

I ordered a carpet bound for our sunroom... They measured and talked me into leaving it short around due to the room being not square which i agreed to... It took them a month to get it to me and i paid in full. When i rolled the loose lay carpet out it was wall to wall and riding up the wall... So i complained and asked to have it trimmed... Well that took them 2 more weeks and when i got the carpet back it was exactly the same and was never trimmed or touched. So i dumped it back in their lap and want a full refund now. Poor customer service and poor employees, their on a rating of 0 on a 1-10 scale. Dont use them for anything.
