Lied. Cheated. Stole my money!

In 2008 I was talked into buying a special Insider Commercial Membership at Harbor Freight in Newark. I would have inside information on special sales that the general public would not be privy to, thus assuring that I would get great deals without having to rush to the store to do the first come, first served madness that happens every weekend at Harbor Freight. When their brochure comes out I check all the items that I need for that week and go to the store on Sunday as early as I can get there. Unfortunately, they never have the items I want and I doubt that they had most of them anyway. So I thought the membership was a pretty good idea. So I bought a membership and waited and waited and waited for email confirmation, written confirmation, something to let me know I was indeed a member. Never happened. So for two years, I have been trying to get someone to give me my money back. No record of the sale. I don't have the receipt, so it didn't happen. No matter who I talk to, it comes down to "We don't have that information." So, we don't care, we got your money and you are out of luck, Bub! This seems like a lot of work to go to just to make a point, but I hate being ripped off, especially by a sucker trick like this. I hope these guys are taught a lesson, either by customer complaints or class action or atrophy from loss of business because of their poor customer service.
