Dept of law and investigations - communicating threats by phone

Not only have I been ripped off by people claiming to be a financial company, Mountain View Financial and Loans, but my checking acount was compromised. Someone tried to draw out funds to send to the Phillapines. So after closing my checking account, I received a phone call last night from a man claiming to be an investigator for some law and investigation company. He had a Pakistan accent and said that I needed to contact him because I had charges being brought up on me for fraud. Angrily, I called him @ (714) 455-3606.

He gave me a case# CFI150781. He began asking me questions, warning that we were being recorded. He had personal information that should not have been public, but it was information before the compromise and I called him out on it. I told him about the compromise and hoped that the conversation was being recorded because I want justice. He became short with me and said that I best have my lawyer with me.

The phone conversation was suspicious because you can hear people in the background like a telemarket. Also, the conversation kept breaking up like a cellphone. He said it was my phone and I knew it wasn't. He then called me from a different phone number, (213) 395-0000. This is the number that has been showing up on my caller id for the past week.

Final not, this morning I was talking to my employer and told him about the phone call. He asked for the numbers and he called them. They have been disconnected. I found this site by searching cashnet marketing and saw other entries about these people with similar phone numbers. Pray somebody finds them. I'm angry and want justice. These people can not get away with this. Mountain View stole over $900 from me before I realized I was scammed. I want justice!!!
