The BBB apparently contacted this company. On Sept. 14, I received a check dated August 18, (9 weeks after it's request), in the amount of $44.77. This amount is the exact amount of my over payment. The check was issued by Cordia Comm. Out of White Plains, NY. I had no ided that the mail could take an amazing 5 weeks to travel one state. However, it is what it is. The check was drawn on Wachovia Bank Reference # 35323335 and will be deposited by me on September 16. I have given you all the updated information. I still suspect this company as not being reputable and leave the investigation in the hands of the experts. Thank you for reacting so promptly and resolving in one week what I could not accomplish in 9 weeks.
