The service gives a 7 day free trial offer. After 7 days, you can opt to pay for a years service by selecting a payment arrangement that is affordable. The plan chosen was $7.95 a month as an individual on set income. The service illegally processed a full year payment and of course unreachable by phone or email for adjustment.

It is noted by another customer you will not be refunded. Being incognito prevents processing adjustments. This is not satisfying customers. The bank was unable to make contact. Grammerly have done double dipping of payments to other customers. UNFAIR PRACTICE needs legal intervention to help others not to encounter.
