Took my car is for a "lack of power" issue. There ended up being a damaged crankshaft keyway and timing gears. These are all clearly covered in the service contract. I was denied because the tires on my car are 195 55 r15. The recommended is 195 50 r15. What does that have to do with the problem? The car was not "altered" in any way. You cannot easily get size 50's any longer. This is the recommended size by Discount Tire. I provided them a picture of my tire and the sizes on the door. Theyare impossible to work with and their company will not respond overthe phone.
