Complaint - Air Conditione

I purchased a TV on sale at Conn's and was told that it was at the warehouse and would be in the I then to the store to speak to a manager and was told that
the warehouse did not have the TV and they did not have one in the store that
was comparible to the one that I purchased. I was also told that I was the 4th person to come in to complain about the sale and that they sold too many and I had to wait 30 days for a refund. There was nothing he could do.
