Recently billed for a shirt. Submitted payment by check. I like using this card, it is great on savings on shipping.
Yesterday I received a statement with a $21.00 late payment service charge. Payment was due 1/5, and because of mailing issues, received one day late. The check was submitted in plenty of time. Apparently a mailing issue.
When I called and reported this outrangeous charge, I was told: "well sir, this is our policy, we can't be held responsible for the mail!"
I find this fee to be outrageous, especially in light of the fact I did mail out a check on time.
I guess I will have to pay in order not to incur my fees on top of this outrageous one, but I want this $21.00
credited.

My issues here:
1. Only one day late
2. This overdue fee is simply outrageous! I am paying almost as much as I did for the shirt!!!
