Beware of this couple. They rented a room from me and as soon as I gave them the keys I began noticing missing mail (Specifically Checks) from my mail box. I had to issue several stop payments while they lived in my apartment as roommates. I therefore filed a complaint with the postal inspectors and asked for my mail keys back. At that time they claimed they had $1400 in missing money orders from their bedroom and this money would be used to pay the rent for the coming month. They complained that because they did not have the money they could therefore not pay their rent. I quickly kicked them out of my place but not before them filing a report with the police that I stole their money. These people are crooks and have some sort of money scheme going with the money orders. They will still from you and tamper with your stuff. They are more than likely trying to steal someone's identity.
