I went into the store, and the store owneracknowledged me, by not taking his eyesoff of me the entire time i was shopping. Ihad completed my shopping, and went tothe register to check out. I wanted to get a single cigar, and he had a basket off themon the counter, as in help your self in my opinion. So I looked in the basket and tookone that I thought was the kind that I wanted, it was not, so when i put it back, he said "Donttouch anything on the counter!" and I let thatgo. So i asked him if he had the kind I wantedand he looked on the stan on the rack behind himwhere he keeps the other cigars and cigarettes. He got the kind i wanted, but it was broken. I askedhim in a regular voice, "Can I have another one, becausethis one is broken?", he rolled his eyes and sighed andsaid, "No its not!" so he did get me another one and slammed it on the counter, at that point I calmly said"nevermind, I dont want to get this, I am a customer andyou are being rude" I feel like if i'm going to make a purchasefrom his store, I deserve a little more appreciation. And thatswent he went totally off on me., he yelled " I dont like yourattitude either! Get the f* out of my store!", "told you to nevercome here again!" which if he had, he would have saidthat when I first came in, but he didnt, and he never toldme that. As I walked towards the door, he yelled at the topof his lungs again, "Get the F* out! And pointed at thedoor. I walked out and not say anything else, I felt verythreatened. I would never talk to any human being like that! And of course he did say the actual words in f* you. Youcant imagine the way that made me feel, and he deservessome type of severe reprimand for treating a customer thatway! I thought about it for a day or so, then realized, " i cantlet him get away with disrespecting me like that! It was veryvery bad, no way to talk to any human being! I would noteven treat some one I disliked that way! If you would haveheard him yelling, you would know exactly how i feel. Someof consumer authority, has to let him know that, that type oftreatment to the public, especially me, will not be tolerated. Hehas a video camera there in the store, Im sure that capturedthe whole incident, if he hasnt erased it.
