Bob the owner The worst experience with a company aka bob shouldn't be in business

Use this place if you plan on the worst experience of your life you have been warned. The owner aka bob is a liar a thief a world class rip-off. We bought furniture there which is sold "as new" but it is clearly damaged upon arrival and the owner bob or whatever his real name is, will never will even try in the least bit to help. He sold us furniture damaged and will not even look at it, he keeps promising to replace fix refund but nothing ever comes from his promises. We have been stuck with the furniture for a few months and he continues to act stupid just go to google and read all the bad reviews about this guy. Why are people like this allowed to operate I'll never know. You have been warned and ypu will find everything i have said to be true starting with the owner "bob" never even telling you his real name. How could you cliam your goods are new when they arrive damaged?
