Dirty DirectFurniture ripoff

I spoke with a friend who is an employee at this furniture store. He told me they had a flood and the owner told the employee to clean all the furniture in the basement and make it appear as if it was not damaged. The furniture was then sold to customers. The furniture had mildew and mold on it before it was cleaned and delivered to a custumer. The custumers did not know as they ordered the furniture from a catalog that he had shown them.

In another instance, the owner sent the employee to his home to take his personal mattress from his bed that he had been sleeping on for two years. He advised the employee to wrap it as if it was new. That matress was delivered the next day to a custumer. They also have resold mattresses that have came back from custumers who were not satisfied. He sold floor samples without advising the custumers. He tells the employee to clean the samples and wrap them as if they were new. Many times damaged funrinture was resold that was returned by other custumers.
