Continuing to rob me legally of child support payments even though my daughter is now 18yrs old

My daughter chose to live with my mom for the remainder of her high school years and i lived in another city for job purposes i paid child support court ordered and it has been taken out of my check and sent to tallahassee for around 2-3 years&now she is 18 years old and is not in college and the state is still taking support payments and my mom is still receiving them&i have requested for them to stop but they dont&i just bought her a car and take care of her anyway&why are they allowed to do what they want with my hard earned money?
