Over charged on drinks

I have called 219 West and spoke to the manager about the bartender over charging my tab by $31.00. She told me she was going to look into and call me no later than the next day. It has been over three weeks and I have left several messages for the manager to call me back and no one has called. I am from out of town so I can not go and speak to someone in person. I need something to be done about this because my bank has also charged me a fee of $33.00 for being overdrawn. I would love for the manager to refund the charges that were NOT supposed to charge on my account and to refund me the overdrawn fee from the bank because of their mistake.
