Credit card was charged a separate $30 charge

After dining at the restaurant I had just got the new receipt app prior to showing up and took a pic of The receipt before we left there. Went by the following day when my bank showed the Seperate charge for $30 and told a manager. Got the run around they don't know how to refund charges. Had to have our attorney get the police to file petty larceny charges. Can't believe they do this to people when they think you are a tourist because you havent been around in a while.
