Bait and switch

I ordered a free traqil bottle, when i printed my bill it said i was intered in their plan, and charged $99.96. I called right away to cancel my order, they told me it was cancelled and gave me a number. That afternoon i checked my checking account, and found a charge of $99.96, plus a charge of $1.19, which was the shipping on the free bottle. I called the company again, and was told my plan was cancelled, not the stuff already ordered. Asked to speack to a superviser, and finally got it all cancelled, i hope. But was told it would take 3 business days to show up in my checking account. This is the old bait and switch, i am doing this, so no one else will get caught like me
