Walmart complaint review

I was recently in walmart inplattsburgh and i asked a young gentleman name jay who i believe was an asst. Manager for help on an air conditioner he said he send someone right over i waited for 30 minutes for help so decide to walk away and then who do i run into but the young gentlemen who said he help me and he was scold an young man telling him he was worthless and to get his shit together. I found this extremely offensive this gentleman has no courtesy or respect for the people who work under him! He is very rude and needs to learn manners and how to conduct as a asst manager. Very disappointed in this show of display and no help either i was very dissatified with his attitude this was on july6th sometime after 6pm or 7pm
