Dunkin donuts poor treatment of asst. Manage

My girlfriend has worked for dunkin for the past 12 years, she is a very loyal and dedicated asst. Manager whom ive never seen miss a day of work. At the time of her hire for asst. She was given salary based pay which is no good for her considering newly hired asst. Get hourly pay which adds up to more than her & thats not the issue. Recently while on our last day of vacation she gets a call telling her that she no longer works at her store but at another. This other store has a manager there that cant keep an asst. To save her life. I think shes gone through 3 already. And now my girlfriends next, no questions asked she says yes cause she is that good. But i think a 12 year employee of any company deserves better than that, dont you? I just wish that she stopped getting the shit end of the stick after all these years just because of how good she really is. Nobody deserves that call while on vacation either. Very unprofessional.
