Poor quality products

Purchased a hose reel for my backyard. Within 2 weeks the hose reel wound not unwind without making terrible noises and with great difficulty. Customer service lied and told me someone from management would call within 24-48 hours. One week later no call. I called again and Customer service basically sad there is nothing they could or would do for me. Great Company that Suncast. Their products last about 2-3 weeks. Please run out to your local store and buy products from a quality corporation such as SUNCAST.
