Royal Office Supplies, Inc. Fraud Scam Liars rip-off harrass

Royal Imaging International is a scam. They called me in the morning claiming to be our local printer shop. That they had a computer melt down and were getting in touch with all of their customers. She told me there had been a price change in toner and wanted to get in touch so we would know. I hung up without questioning anything. She had all of our information, including what printer/copier we had, my name, etc.

A few minutes later another woman called and told me that the first girl had forgotten to verify our company's information. She relayed our address, phone number, printer style, fax and phone numbers. I confirmed all to be correct. She then asked me if I was the one authorized to make orders, I ignorantly said, "yes". The woman on the phone then told me my order would be there in 5 to 7 days and hung up.

I sat there a second and then realized what had happened. Be aware of this very shoddy business. As I didn't have a company name or number to call them back with, I had to wait for the package to arrive and refuse it from UPS.

Not only will they straight out lie to you over the phone, but will scam you into buying their products for double the money of what it costs me through my local dealer.
