Cash Deposit Still Processing Two Days Later After 2 PM Tuesday

I deposited money on Tuesday after 2:00 P.M. - it is now Thursday at 7:56 when I checked account (EST.). And my transaction is still processing, why is this? How long does it take or should it take to post a cash deposit???
