Incorrect Background Record and Only Automated Replies to Corrections

My husband's record on been verified is not correct. When we took the proper steps to have them correct the information we simply received automated email responses and the run around and wait game. Their information is not updated at all. They are not a real background check company and their for are not liable for their mistakes which could cost someone their job!
