We bought a reclining love seat from Rooms To Go about a year ago. When it was delivered the frame was bent! It slumped in the middle, and one of the foot rests did not line up with the other by a good 5 inches. The reclining mechanism was messed up. The foot rest was hard to raise and even harder to get back down. I called the store as soon as I saw it. I was very upset. The lady I talked to had someone else call me back a few minutes later. I wanted them to get me another non-defective one. I was told that the recliner I had just bought was no longer available. The rep told me that they could have their repair person fix it for me. I agreed (I with that I had not) Two weeks later the man came with the replacement parts. It does not feel like the one we saw in showroom. It is not comfortable at all. The foot rests still do not quite meet, and the reclining mechanism he assured me would "loosen up" never has. After I finally get the seat to recline I have to stand up and push it back in. I have pretty strong legs, yet I can't get it to go down while sitting in it. I have never been this disgusted with anything purchase I have made.
