Don't Purchase Digital MP3 Products Here! - Digital MP3 Download

Decided to purchase an album from Amazon rather than iTunes, as it was $1 cheaper. HOWEVER, I never received the download, not even the option to download. Upon contacting them, they didn't even attempt to troubleshoot the problem; their solution was to credit my credit card which of course will take 3-5 business days to show up as a credit, and then they want me to attempt the purchase again. This is not acceptable. I don't want to wait a week to "maybe" get an album after I've purchased it. A $1 savings is not worth all this hassle, I will NEVER purchase another digital album from Amazon. Stick with itunes!!!
