Cashier Helpless

A cashier waited several minutes to finish her experimentation on another register before helping me at self-checkout. She verified the soda at the bottom of the cart was scanned and on the screen correctly. Not 10 minutes later the same cashier accused me of not ringing up the soda! When my receipt had jammed, she did not print me a new one. So I had a crumpled receipt that didn't show my purchase and I was stuck listening to a manager who thought I was the one complaining about not getting my receipt. On the third go-around on how I could come back the next day to get my receipt, I finally got it across that I was not the one with the problem... The cashier had the problem! Why would I want to put myself through something like that again?!
