Mace Electric—Richard J., Dick Colon Assault, battery, and felonious, aggravated child abuse in front of witnesses

Richard J. (Dick) Colon, operator of Mace Electric of Baltimore, joined a gang of largely ex-convicts calling themselves the White House Boys in Orlando, Florida on September 26.in front of witnesses he committed felonious assault and battery, including felony, aggravated child abuse against two young girls aged 8 and 9 at the Days Inn across from the main gate of Universal Studios on September 26 around 6:30 P.M. He did this in front of witnesses, at least one of which attempted to or said he wanted to abduct the two young girls.
Colon has a record of offenses dating back to his teenage years. He made money in the contruction business, and believes himself above the law. He might be in cozy with some politicians in Tallahassee who are willing to protect this offender from arrest and prosecution. His crimes were reported to police in Orlando on September 26, and if they have taken any legal action against this crook, we don't know about it. We believe they just let him go.
