This (fellow) forged his partners name on a lease for a home in Clarkston. After several instances of bounced checks (he never mails anything-a federal crime) and promises to pay, we went to court and had him evicted in one day (He did not show up and the judge loved his track record especially his status as an excon for uttering and publishing.) He owes us $35,000 which we will never see. He truly is a work of ART.
