Customers personal and confidential information could be breached

I was a long time and one of the top sales reps in the country for ADT residential. When customers sign agrrements for the services the confidential info is not protected. Sales reps make copies and take them with them I have seen contracts on the back seats of cars, strewn about the office and nobody caring about the privacy of this info. Also ADT faxes this info out to installers and sub contractors. A lot of offices hire temp help to file these away and they are left alone with all this info. One office moved last year and had movers come in and move all these contracts to another building. Also when people leave, quit or get fired they are never asked to return these contracts. Their could possibly be 20 million contracts out in the public. Your credit card, social security # or security pass words could have been violated. Also in one area the company had a level 3 sex offender working for them and it took his family at least 10 phone calls to the manager to respond to them so he could give back all his confidential info that he had. Please beware and check your accounts
