Wrong product - Samsung 23 Widescreen 1080p Full-HD HDTV - 2333HD - Samsung 2333HD

Advertising this Samsung as a 23" HD HDTV. I received just a 23" Samsung monitor. Called there Customer support line and they did nothing for me except tell me to send pics to an email address that didn't exist. Wrote them numerous emails and all they do is tell me to call the customer support line. I am tired of this run around and also I am tired of ecost.com com's tactics. I used to think they were a reputable company but as of late they have been absolutely terrible. I intend on never buying anything form this company again. I just want to send this item back and get my money back.
