I have my house mortgage with trustco bank and going threw this economy i got behind with my payments. I called and even called corporate in new york and spoke to one of lady in charge of the department of collections and after her explaining me that they don't participate in the government help so therefore they don't' have modifications or programs to help you if you fall behind.!!! So comes to it that the only option is to come up with the amount of money i own them or they will do a foreclosure. Period!!! So i don't want people to fall in the same hole i did..
