Stole $35 plus extra $20 from my checking acct due to anger of "trying" to s/w mccormick, ceo

Ack on sept. 24 9am i rec'd rude/angry call from carol simpson at trustco bank; yelling saying u r o/d by $10 blah, blah. I had to stop her and say "Who is this?" she then said, "i graciously accepted the check out of courtesy." i told her "if u saw i was $10 short; why did u accept? U need my $35 o/d fee? Too make long story short: i asked for 1x forgiveness as all banks do this. She flatly said, "NO" i called ceo robert mccormick in schenentady, ny but that fool will NOT s/w any of his customers.

He lets his "angry b*tches" respond. Christine mcgraw promised me she will reverse the charges. I called back 6 days later to ask where is the reversal? After 3x calling her i left msg saying: "its always prof. To retn calls w/in 24 hrs whether u want to s/w the person or not" well she didnt like that; called my branch and demanded not only to "Close my acct NOW" but to add $20 charge for having neg. Balance.

Then carol simpson (the original b*tch) called me to say i stopped ur dr card; and any chgs coming in. I went in the next day to take out what little i had from my check rec'd day b4; and asked who carol was went up to this old angry b*tch and said, "God Bless U in the name of JEsus, and u will reap what u sow." she said "thank u very much" but looked scared.

As i walked out she yells "i'm sorry about this" i said "i'm not, its a blessing." I googled this bank and saw soooo many complaints against them along with their "old technology" that needs to be updated. U make a cash dep today u have to wait 3 days to see it. Or u can say "can u pls make this go thru today." they need to get rid of those angry old woman update their computers and treat customers like king n queens.

Stay away from this bank!!! The ceo and eric schrek are CRAP to deal with and pass u off to their secretary and allows them to treat u like crap. Only thing is: THEY ARE THE CRAP!
