Two of the biggest slumlords in New Hampshire

Christine Dimauro is one of the biggest slumlords in the state of NH. She has caused more pain and misery to her tennants than anyone I know of.
I rented a room from this slumlord in Berlin NH. I was paying her 400 a month. There were six other people living in the rooming house and they too were paying 400 a month. She was making 2,800 a month off of this one property. Everything was supposed to be included. Heat, HW, cable, internet, phone.
It took two months of paying just to get the internet, cable and phone. We had no heat, heck there was not even a working heating system in the place. The pipes leaked pouring water out of the ceiling whenever someone took a shower upstairs. The wiring was a total fire hazard and not up to code at all. The ceiling in the bathroom was never finished and you could actually look right into the second floor bathroom.
There was no heat at all. They told us to use the oven to heat the place. Well when it got down to where I was seeing my breath in the house and complained to her and her equally slumlord husband, they just laughed. They did not fix anything.
So I ended up reporting them to the Code Enforcement Officer and the Health Department. They had actually lied to the Code Enforcement Officer that the place was not a rooming house so they could get a certificate of compliance. It was illegal because of the zoning laws and they knew it.
Eventually I sued her and her corporation under the NH RSA 540A laws and won a $31,000.00 judgement against her. I even got attachments against all of her buildings and her business bank accounts. This woman though openly stated that the judgement was as worthless as the piece of paper it was written on and good luck in collecting it. Well I am working on that right now with a collection agency.
Her and her husband, Joseph Dimauro were literally ran out of the West Palm Beach Florida area for being slumlords after a ten year battle with them.
So they moved up here to Berlin NH and continued their ways. I know one tennant they almost killed due to the place they rented to them was full of black mold. They have even been put on the WMUR Channel 9 NH for an investigation on their activities.
Their name is mud around this town. They are well known to falsely report people to agencies when you go against them. Heck they reported me to welfare and social security for fraud. They sent in their psycho friends into stores I work with to have them tell them I am a homosexual and not to do business with me.
They have ripped off the Federal LIHEAP program, they have ripped off welfare, they have ripped off so many businesses that they cannot even get oil delivered to their rentals.
