Rude costumer service

I did order from this web, and i want to say, never ever buy from this web site, first of all, they were out of stock the things i ordered, but the problem is they never contacted me saying that, i had to contact them my self after waiting for a week. Second of all, i had to contact them again to get money back, and they say i will get money by tomorrow, and guess what, it did not happen. So i have to call them again, and the guy Tim, was so rude and sarcastic, was saying that i will get money back today... He was so unprofessional and made fun that my order was not that big and thats not a lot of money, why i making big deal. It was very funny for him the whole situation. Please never ever buy from this web, because u might not get your money back... And i would like to talk to owner of this web, i think he has no idea, how costumer service is working.
