I found this company is poorly run. Call center is a joke. First problem was I started getting emails saying my credit card info was wrong. I went online and re-entered info. The emails kept coming then came computer generated voicemails. I finally called the call center when the voicemails were coming every two mins one day leaving me 18 voicemails in 2 hours, none by a real person. The problem was on their end not mine.
I also requested pickup by the same driver at his request because it was hard to unload the POD in my driveway. I took a day off work for the pick up and they sent a different driver that couldnt remove the POD. They were never on time with the appts and never called before they arrived. They just didnt care! By their own admission they dont have to honor the appts they make. It also was expensive and wished I had shopped around. You wouldnt think it would be that complicated but my experience with PODs was a nightmare from start to finish. Greedy company that uses very little human contact and doesnt even try to please their customers... CEO should be fired!
