US Bank is not a bank that can give you the services of other banks. I had a RV loan with US BANK. They can't even FAX or email a copy of the pay-off of your loan. I was on hold (ignore) 4 times while waiting to get a pay off letter. Whe asked to talk to a supervisor, I was told none available. Never will I deal with this Bank Again.
