Called Eliteco Carpet Cleaners due to their add circulated via local newspaper. Gave tele recept number of rooms (6) and advised one room was 17 x 20. She advised the price would be approxomately $40 more than the ad stated (118.88) She stated that the excess footage was listed on the ad. It was not on the ad and she admitted after looking that it was not on the ad. I advised her that they were committed to honor the ad regardless of her defense.
