I purchased (3) DVD's at the Target Store in Hampton, Virginia 04/16/10. I looked at (2) of the DVD's, and they were fine. I attempted to view the last one which was The Duchess, and I was unable to see the entire DVD. The tape kept stopping, and the picture seems to be coming overtop the other. I was unable to see at least 30 to 45 minutes of the DVD. I was told that I can only exchange the DVD for the same item, which they do not have. I will have to go out of my way in order to get one from another store. I do think a person's money should be returned if they have paid cash which I did. Maybe some customers would try to copy a DVD, but that is not my style. The company which Target's purchase these DVD's from should make sure the tapes are visual before shipping to Target's. The policy needs to be changed. No one wants to be stuck with something you have paid your hard earned money for, and can't see.
