Cricket is worthless - Cricket Wireless service

Cricket is the worst cellular service I have ever used. *611 is supposed to connect you to customer care but it is an automated system that only sends you back to the main menu. Dialing the phone return line at 1-866-384-4425 will get you a live person but they are uncooperative and dishonest. Most attempts at escalating to a supervisor result in disconnection. I did get through to a supervisor and requested the $20 credit I was offered by customer service agent Gerard but they had no record of it. I requested that the recording of the call be reviewed and was told that it would take 24-48 hours. 7 days later they had no record of any call being made or my request. They had no problem pulling up my balance due, but could never seem to find any of the notations regarding the credit. Cricket is dishonest and unwilling to correct their own errors.
