Scam - lets all send in complaints to BBB and Atty General

We placed an order and paid for it in advance on 4/7/10 and have only received a small partial shipment. They have not been able to tell us when we can expect to receive the remaining materials and have even provided false tracking information to us. We requested a refund for the materials that we never received on 4/27/10 and have not received that either. We were told that this company is in financial trouble and undergoing significant management changes so we need to be patient. Meanwhile they are posting blogs everywhere talking about how great their company is and that they strive to have complete customer satisfaction! We have filed complaints with the Detroit BBB and Attorney Generals office. Maybe if we all file complaints, someone will start taking action. If nothing else, we can save another company from making the same mistake as us.
