I recieved a quote from Heather with amerisource ind dist, on 3/31/10.

I sent full payment, for their purchase order #P142.

I have called every day for the past 3 weeks, also sent emails to their customer support dept on their website.

I have spoken to Heather each day, to get tracking numbers on the shipment, as it supposedly it has been shipped.

Every day she tells me she will call me back right away with the tracking #'s. She has not returned my call any of these days.

I still do not know where my shipment is, or if it has actually shipped.

I just cannot get anyone to respond to my questions.
