REDA (retaliatory employment discrimination act)

On 8-6-09 aprox. 5:45 pm I Was in the bakery working and I bent over to pick up a baking rcck and got stuck, Icould'nt get up. I went to urgent care, I was refered to a physical therapy. After MRIs And DR. Appts I was released I believe (prematurely) and sent back to light duty. When I was fully released, I was wrote up for several different things, I didn't finish dishes one night, missed a couple of out of date products not out until the next business day. Just irelivent things. They cut my hrs. Back to 18-25 hrs a week. From 40, I was promissed full time 11/2 yrs ago never got it. The cutting of the hrs. Led me to have to sell my car and get a less expensive one. So I believe because I was on workerscomp They found anything to write me up for. I call that DISCRIMINATION.
